If the renter is fully qualified with a license but you feel that they do not have the necessary expertise to sail the boat alone, you have two options:
- Offer them a professional skipper that they can pay for directly on the harbour
- Cancel the rental
In the event that you cancel the rental, you will not be paid for the booking and the renter will be fully refunded.
To cancel the booking, go to your Click&Boat account, click on "My Bookings", then "Access", then "Cancel the reservation".
** Our advice: Communication with tenants is key! Don't hesitate to contact the renters beforehand in order to find out their experience before accepting their booking requests. **
