Pay attention and stay well connected!
If a tenant is interested in your boat, they have two possibilities:
- Send you a message in order to discuss, present their sailing project and/or ask any questions.
- Make a reservation request without having sent a message first.
In both cases, you will be notified by SMS and e-mail of this new request.
By logging into your account, you have the possibility to answer the message or to accept/refuse the reservation request.
Once the reservation is "accepted" the contact information of your tenant will be displayed. You can then call them to make arrangements.
The time allowed to accept a reservation request is variable. This delay is calculated according to the number of days between the date of the reservation request and the date on which the tenant wishes to rent the boat.
By accepting the reservation request, you agree to your net income indicated.
