At the end of the rental period, the boat must be returned cleaned, unless the tenant has subscribed to a cleaning option, in addition to their rental.
If this is not the case, and the boat has not been cleaned by the tenant, you can ask for compensation for the time spent or the costs incurred.
You have the choice:
- To agree on an amicable arrangement: the tenant will pay you directly when the boat is returned
- Write this information on the damage report provided by Click&Boat, and sign it with the tenant. Upon presentation of an invoice and the signed rental documents within 24 hours following the end of the rental period, Click&Boat will deduct the corresponding amount from the tenant's deposit.
If you are a professional owner, you can ask for a compensation to your tenant according to the conditions indicated on your contract (and according to the options subscribed too).
