As a private owner, it is not possible to handle claims yourself.
Click&Boat offers a tool for managing the deposit by pre-authorising the tenant's bank card. You also have at your disposal a contract and a claim declaration available on your Click&Boat space in the "Booking" tab.
As indicated in our T&Cs in Article 5.6, the owner, whose deposit is managed by Click&Boat, undertakes not to require any additional deposit from the Renter.
Professional owners manage their own deposit (check or credit card pre-authorisation) and additionally their claims.
