I forgot my password / my account is blocked, what should I do?

Forgot your password? You have blocked your account? Yes, it happens, you have many passwords to remember! Don't panic, here is the solution : 


You can reset your password at any time to regain access to your account.

To do so, click on "My account" at the top right of your screen. If you are logged in, log out, then click on "Forgot your password?"

Then simply enter the e-mail address you use for your Click&Boat profile and click on "Reset my password".

You will then receive an e-mail with a link to set a new password.


If your account is blocked, please inform us via the contact form.

Remember to tell us if your account has been blocked after entering 5 wrong passwords.

We will do our best to give you access to your account again as soon as possible!
