First of all, please inform the renter of any changes that have occurred between the time of the booking request and the first day of the charter.
Then, please contact our customer services using the contact form in your Click&Boat account to allow us to make these changes to your booking.
If the renter accepts these changes, the charter will continue.
If the renter does not accept these changes, Click&Boat may ask you to cancel the booking and will refund the renter in full.
**Our advice: We advise you to inform the renter via the internal Click&Boat messaging service, but also by phone.
