Your listing is contractual.
The renter bases his choice of boat on your listing, which is why we invite you to take the time to write it well.
It is a showcase of the service you are going to offer and everything that is indicated must be in conformity and present on board on D-day.
If any of the features or equipment in your listing are missing at the time of completing the check-in inventory checklist, the renter will be entitled to refuse to take the boat and we will be obliged to reimburse them the amount of the rental. In this case, you will not be paid.
If ever your listing has been modified after a reservation has been validated and paid by the renter, you can inform them via the online messaging system or through the contact details that have been exchanged.
The tenant can then accept these modifications or choose to cancel the rental and receive a full refund.
You may at any time consult your obligations as a boat owner in article 6.1.1. Specific obligations of Owners of our General Terms and Conditions of Use.
