The Super Owner status is awarded each month according to several criteria analysed by our algorithm:
- Message response time less than 24 hours
- Message response rate higher than 85%.
- Cancellation rate less than 20%.
- At least 5 accepted bookings
- At least 3 bookings with reviews
- Overall rating above 4.5 stars
If any of these criteria are not met, the badge may indeed be withdrawn. Keep in mind that tenants will pay close attention to reviews left for your previous bookings and photos.
Also note that neither your account manager nor the customer service team will be able to give you back the status as we cannot go against our algorithm.
Rest assured that if you meet all these criteria again, the badge will be returned to you the following month.
