I have not been paid for my rental that ended more than 72 hours ago, what should I do?

Don't panic, paying our boat owners is one of our top priorities!

If you are a private owner, Click&Boat makes your payment the day after the first day of your rental, please keep in mind that Click&Boat initiates bank transfers:

  • Mondays and Thursdays from the 1st of October to the 30th of April
  • Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from the 1st of May to the 30th of September

You will be notified by email when your payment has been sent. The time it takes to be received on your account then varies depending on your location and your bank, however, public holidays and weekends may therefore affect the time it takes to receive a payment transfer.

If you are a professional owner, you will receive payment for your rental according to the payment terms you confirmed with Click&Boat when validating your account as a professional, except for one-day rentals which are paid the next day.

In the event that the payment has not yet appeared in your account, make sure you have entered your bank details correctly in your Click&Boat account, from the "Profile", then on "Bank details". If this is not the case, fill in your details and the transfer will then be made automatically the next day (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Likewise, if you have a new IBAN, remember to update your bank details on your account.
