Congratulations on finalizing your booking with Click&Boat! We understand that you have questions regarding the payment process and schedule, and we are here to provide you with the necessary information.


To complete the preparation of your charter, the second payment, which covers the remaining amount required, is due latest 30 days before the start of your booking. This ensures that the owner receives the funds needed to make all necessary arrangements. You have the option to make this payment either via bank transfer or using your card.
Note: The deadline for the second installment depends on the charter´s payment conditions and might vary. 


If you have chosen to pay with a credit card, we will attempt to debit the card 37 days prior to your booking. This timeframe allows for a smooth payment process. In the event that the debit is unsuccessful, one of our support agents will promptly reach out to you to assist in resolving the matter.

For payments made via bank transfer, it is crucial that you initiate the transfer before the designated payment date. If we do not receive the payment as scheduled, we will contact you to clarify the situation and provide further instructions.


To make the second payment, please log in to your Click&Boat account. Under the "Booking" tab, you will find your reservation. From there, you can select the booking for which you want to make the payment. By clicking on the "Pay the balance" button, you can easily finalize your payment.


If you encounter any issues or difficulties during the payment process, please contact us through the help center. Our dedicated agents will promptly assist you in resolving any payment-related concerns.

It's important to note that if the payment is not successfully received at least 30 days before the start of your booking, the reservation will be considered as cancelled. In such cases, the owner's cancellation policy will be applied, and no refund will be provided. We urge you to contact us if you want to maintain the booking, we will get in contact with the owner to inquire if the booking can be maintained. Boats can be rebooked in a short delay hence the urgency off contacting us as soon as possible if you encounter any issues.


While automatic email reminders will be sent to you as payment reminders, one of our agents may also reach out to provide additional support during the payment process.
